Dragon Drilling launches online shop
Dragon Drilling is delighted to announce the opening of a new online shop for customers to purchase items from our retail division. The site will list power tools, hand tools, pipe and fittings, pumps, pressure vessels, water treatment systems and much more.
The key to the successful running of a water borehole or ground source heating system is maintenance. From pumps and water tanks to the necessary tools and fittings, our new e-commerce shop provides industry professionals with everything they need. Alternatively, if you are in construction, plumbing or electrics or just the occasional handyman, you may be interested in our range of high quality hand and power tools.
Like many, the pandemic meant that our physical shop had to close temporarily. Opening an online store has bridged the gap between the business and our customers meaning they don’t need to travel or come in to buy or replace products. It has also meant that we can sell products to people all over the country, not just in Wales, expanding our customer base and hopefully fulfilling more needs.

Commercial Manager Seb Brown said ‘Having a multi-channel retail platform is vital in 2021. With Covid-19 impacting people’s shopping behaviours, it is crucial we are now able to offer our products via an online delivery method. The transactional site is easy to navigate with payments taken through a secure portal. Many items are available the next day, with a cut off time of 2pm. Our retail store has been adapted to be Covid secure and so we can also take orders in person between 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. For anyone wishing to purchase outside of these times, the website is the perfect tool. The new commercial deals we have agreed with some of the leading manufacturer’s allow us to offer the best possible price and savings to our customers.’
